Mr. Meng Xiangjun, born in December of 1957, with EMBA master degree of Ha’erbin Institute of Technology.
From the year of 1974 to 1984, Mr. Meng Xiangjun worked consecutively in He Gang Youth Farm, Mu Danjiang Business School, and He Gang Finance and Trade office. From the year of 1984 to 2002, he worked as Director of General Affair Office, Deputy Head and Head of He Gang Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC), Deputy Secretary of Hei Longjiang Youth League, Vice Chair of Hei Longjiang Provinvial Youth Association, Deputy Director General of Hei Longjiang AIC.
From October of 2002 till now, he worked as Director General of Hei Longjiang AIC. |
