Born on May, 2nd, 1964 in Sverdlovsk Region, Russian Federation.
Graduated from the Kirov Pedagogic Institute in 1985, specialization - history; the Institute of the External Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, specialization “International Relations and Foreign Policy”; Kiev National Economic Institute in 1998, Doctor of economic science (2007).
1988-2000 - worked on operative and leading positions of the Committee for State Security of the USSR, the Security Office of Ukraine.
2000-2002 - Director General of the “International Economic Committee”, LLC.
Since April, 2002 - works on the positions of state representative, the First Deputy Ñhairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
September, 2005 - appointed on position of the First Deputy Ñhairman – state representative of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Civil servant of the First Class. Awarded with the Order of Merit of the Third Class 2004).
Has tractates and monographs in the sphere of economics.
Married, has two children.
