Born on July, 30th, 1966.
Graduated from the Moldavian State University in 1988, economic faculty, specialization – industrial planning; postgraduate study in 1993, specialization -economy and management. In 2001 defended a doctoral dissertation, in 2003 became a Professor, specialization – world economy: international economic relations.
Has 4 monographs and more than 60 publications in national and international profile magazines; adviser of many postgraduates, 6 of them are Doctors of economic science.
Took part in more than 40 international conferences, forums, round table meetings, which were held in Moldova, Russia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Belgium, Romania, China, Honk-Kong, USA and others.
Participated in more than 10 national and international scientific projects, also as a coordinator.
Chairman of the Administrative Council of the “Competition” Magazine published by the National Agency for Protection of Competition.
Member of editorial board of the “Revista Intellectus” magazine published by the State Agency of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova;
Co-chairman of the Steering committee of the Quarterly Analytic Newsletter published by the Institute for Economy, Finance and Statistics;
Member of editorial board of the magazine on financial and economic theory and practice, Chisinau-Sibiu.
After graduating she started working in her own university as an economist in the Division for salary planning. Since 1992 started teaching in the Economic Academy of the Republic of Moldova at first as a lector, senior lector on the subdepartment of Management and then in 1993-1995 as a Vice-Dean of the same faculty.
During the next 11 years (1995-2006) worked as the Head the Subdepartment of International economic relations in the Economic Academy of the Republic of Moldova.
2006-2007 – was the Head of the Institute for Economy, Finance and Statistics of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Moldova.
February, 16th, 2007 - by the Decree of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova appointed to the position of the Director General of the National Agency for Protection of Competition.
Married, has a son.
